Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Lima beans
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed (28 oz)
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine the chicken, pork, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion, diced potatoes, corn, lima beans, and crushed tomatoes. Stir well.
  • 3. Mix in the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low and let the stew simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a chilly day and gets better the next day as the flavors meld together.
