Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground lamb and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add carrots, peas, and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
