Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add ground lamb and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add carrots, peas, and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
