Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 4. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • 5. Add the thyme, chopped tomato, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Stir well.
  • 6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over them. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with your choice of side.

Notes:

This dish pairs well with rice or mashed potatoes.
