Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
5. Add the thyme, chopped tomato, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Stir well.
6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over them. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your choice of side.
Notes:
This dish pairs well with rice or mashed potatoes.
