1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, chicken breast, and pork shoulder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until meats are tender, about 1 hour.
2. Remove meats from pot, shred chicken and pork, and return to pot.
3. Add corn, lima beans, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
