Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning, beef broth, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite taco toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
