Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
Add cubed chicken breast. Cook until browned.
Stir in cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery for extra flavor.
