Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 medium Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and brown the beef stew meat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the beef broth, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Add the cubed butternut squash and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45-60 minutes or until the beef and squash are tender.

Serve hot with crusty bread for a complete meal.
