Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add chopped red bell pepper and cook until soft.
Add chopped tomatoes, fish stock, and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
Add mixed seafood, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
