Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Fish Stock
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels, fish)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add chopped red bell pepper and cook until soft.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, fish stock, and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add mixed seafood, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
