Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, add carrots, celery, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 2 hours.
  • 6. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like potatoes or peas if you're not strictly paleo.
