Beef stew meat

Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth, add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add pumpkin, carrots, and celery. Simmer for another hour until vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
Notes:
For a thicker stew, you can mash some of the pumpkin pieces.
