Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the diced squash and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the corn, beans, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
