Instructions:
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
Stir in the lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
Add the heavy cream, milk, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
Notes:
This stew is best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
