Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions: 

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream, milk, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with crusty bread.

Notes:

This stew is best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
