Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Jalapeños, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until the beef is tender.

Notes:

Serve with rice or warm tortillas.
