Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, beef broth, cubed potatoes, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is versatile. Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand.
