Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and frozen peas.
4. Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Add salt and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
