Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Okra sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the sliced okra, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until the okra is tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with rice or bread.
