Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
