Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cans Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add beans, chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add kale and cooked sausage. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or celery.
