Cannellini Beans
drained and rinsed

Chicken Broth

Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion and cook until translucent.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add beans, chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add kale and cooked sausage. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or celery.
