Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 cup Pasta any small shape
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  • Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Add thyme and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
