Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Add thyme and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
