Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 4 Carrots chopped
  • 4 Potatoes chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 5. Add the beef broth, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes:

This stew can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
