In a large pot, heat the Dinty Moore Beef Stew and frozen peas over medium heat until warmed through.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk just until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough on top of the stew mixture in the pot.
Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
