Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
Pour in tomato sauce and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
Add mixed seafood, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread.
