Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Fish Stock
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, clams)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • Pour in tomato sauce and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add mixed seafood, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread.
