Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Venison, cubed
  • 1 lb Salmon, cubed
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Chopped carrots
  • 2 cups Chopped potatoes

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add venison and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add chopped carrots and potatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • 6. Add cubed salmon, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or peas.
