Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 3. Add the leftover chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
