Instructions:
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Add the cubed beef and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with waakye.

This stew pairs perfectly with waakye, a traditional Ghanaian rice and beans dish.
