Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly.
  • 5. Gradually add beef broth and apple cider, stirring to combine.
  • 6. Return beef to the pot. Add carrots, potatoes, apples, salt, and pepper.
  • 7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
