Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and brown the beef stew meat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, and add the chopped carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy your Bay Stew!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
