Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and brown the beef stew meat.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth, and add the chopped carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
5. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy your Bay Stew!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
