Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the green chilies, beef broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
