Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Green Chilies, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the green chilies, beef broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices if you like it extra hot!
