Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew tastes even better the next day.
