Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Snapper cleaned and scaled
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato. Sauté until soft.
  • 3. Add snapper pieces and cook until browned on both sides.
  • 4. Add soy sauce, thyme, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until fish is cooked through and sauce thickens.

Notes:

Serve with rice or bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
