Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine the diced ham, carrots, celery, and potatoes.
  • 2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
