Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

This stew is even better the next day!
