Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the chicken and pork over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the barbecue sauce, ketchup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the corn, lima beans, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6. Shred the meat with two forks and mix well. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew tastes even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
