Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
  • Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions.
  • Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked noodles.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use a mix of different types of mushrooms. Serve with a side of green vegetables or a fresh salad.
