Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions.
Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked noodles.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can use a mix of different types of mushrooms. Serve with a side of green vegetables or a fresh salad.
