Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the beef chuck roast with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned beef in the Instant Pot and add beef broth, onion, and garlic.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Shred the beef using two forks.
  • Serve the shredded beef in tacos, sandwiches, or over rice.
