Instructions:
Pour the milk into the Instant Pot and close the lid.
Set the Instant Pot to the Yogurt setting and heat the milk to 180°F (82°C).
Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C) and then whisk in the skyr or yogurt.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the Yogurt setting for 8 hours.
Once the time is up, refrigerate the skyr for at least 4 hours before serving.
