Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 tablespoons skyr or plain yogurt with live cultures

Instructions: 

  • Pour the milk into the Instant Pot and close the lid.
  • Set the Instant Pot to the Yogurt setting and heat the milk to 180°F (82°C).
  • Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C) and then whisk in the skyr or yogurt.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the Yogurt setting for 8 hours.
  • Once the time is up, refrigerate the skyr for at least 4 hours before serving.
