green bell pepper, chopped

diced tomatoes

chicken broth

okra, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil. Add chicken and sausage, cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until softened.
Stir in flour, paprika, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, okra, and the cooked chicken and sausage back to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure.
Serve the gumbo over cooked rice.
