garlic

red wine

beef broth

tablespoons
tomato paste

teaspoon
dried thyme

teaspoon
dried rosemary
to taste
Salt and pepper

olive oil

tablespoons
all-purpose flour
to garnish
Fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions:
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Brown the beef in batches, then set aside.
Add onions, carrots, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
Stir in tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary.
Pour in the red wine and beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Add the beef back to the pot.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
