Instructions:
Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the steak pieces on both sides.
Add in the onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve the Swiss steak with the vegetables and sauce over rice or mashed potatoes.
