Ingredients:

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions: 

  • Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Serve the lamb chops hot with your favorite sides.
