Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef neck bones
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Season the beef neck bones with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Turn on the pressure cooker and select the sauté function. Add olive oil and brown the beef neck bones on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid, set the pressure cooker to high pressure, and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Serve the beef neck bones with the cooking liquid as a sauce.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can marinate the beef neck bones overnight with the seasoning.
