Instructions:
Season the beef neck bones with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Turn on the pressure cooker and select the sauté function. Add olive oil and brown the beef neck bones on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Close the lid, set the pressure cooker to high pressure, and cook for 45 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Serve the beef neck bones with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can marinate the beef neck bones overnight with the seasoning.
