Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to garnish Fresh basil leaves

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts on the trivet.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and remove the chicken.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet, top each breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. You can also use store-bought marinara sauce to save time.
