Instructions:
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Arrange the chicken breasts on the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and remove the chicken.
Preheat the broiler.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet, top each breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
