Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and stir well.
Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
Stir the cabbage and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
