beef stew meat

beef broth

Worcestershire sauce

dried thyme

teaspoon
dried rosemary
to taste
Salt and pepper

cornstarch

tablespoons
water
to taste
Fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef in batches. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine.
Add the beef back to the pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and open the lid.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the beef mixture to thicken the gravy.
Serve the beef tips and gravy over mashed potatoes or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes:
This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad.
