Instructions:
Season the leg of lamb with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
Remove the lamb from the Instant Pot and let it rest before slicing and serving.
Notes:
For best results, let the lamb rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
