Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 leg lamb about 4-5 pounds
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth

Instructions: 

  • Season the leg of lamb with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned lamb in the Instant Pot and add the broth.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the lamb from the Instant Pot and let it rest before slicing and serving.

Notes:

For best results, let the lamb rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
