Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste cooked bacon, chopped for topping
  • to taste green onions, chopped for topping

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  • Place cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Pour chicken broth over the cream cheese.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Serve topped with chopped bacon and green onions.

Notes:

This dish is best served immediately, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
