Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup beef broth

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Add beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  • Mix cornstarch with beef broth and pour into the Instant Pot. Stir well.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the marinade.
