Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Add beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
Mix cornstarch with beef broth and pour into the Instant Pot. Stir well.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the marinade.
