  • 1.5 lbs lamb stew meat cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the lamb stew meat.
  • Add in the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
