Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken, chicken broth, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and open the lid.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Instant Pot Keto meal!
