Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in the bell peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and stir in the cooked rice.
Serve hot and enjoy!
